Equipment Configuration Highlights
This project applied a 120mm PP strap extrusion line capable of producing up to 7.2 tons per day to match the customer's PP strap production plan. This line uses double-deck fully automatic winders to support stable winding within a limited production area. Because the line produces 12 strands at the same time, six sets of double-deck fully automatic winders were installed to balance space efficiency with continuous production capacity.
